Pricing

Priced per school, not per seat surprise.

We sell to schools, never to students. Pricing is based on the size of your program and which credentials you run, and we quote it after we understand both. No card, no trial clock.

What drives the number

So the call is short.

  • Enrolled students. The main input. Active enrolments, not accounts ever created.
  • Which credentials you run. One program or several, and whether you license our courseware or bring your own.
  • Campuses. Each school is a separate tenant with its own records and its own brand.
  • Live bilingual instruction. VocalBridge is priced separately because not every school needs it.

Never charged for

  • Auditor accounts. An inspection should not cost you a seat.
  • Reading your own audit trail, or exporting your own records.
  • Leaving. Your records are yours and you can take them.
